Product Description

Gorgeous, early 1900's - early 1920's antique Czechoslovakia necklace. Most likely a Max Neiger piece .

Hand wired with deep blue glass beads, some of which are cube shaped. Ornate metal work on the pendant drop features scrolls, cherubs, and flowers. The pendant is double sided, beautiful any way it is turned. It features a cube shaped bead which has a fancy, large,  bead cap, on the bottom of it, along with a deep blue, bezel set, square cut /faceted glass stone. The square stone is only on one side of the pendant showing that this is the front.  Various brass components include tubular filigrees, round filigree, and unique, 1/2 cube shaped filigree beads. The brass metal shows a lovely patina now. Three, long, center drops, dangle from the bottom of the pendant, simply stunning!

This necklace measures approx. 28" in length with a 4~5/8"center/pendant drop length. Measures 1~1/2"across. There is no clasp, easily pops over your head. More of a flapper length

Very good vintage condition, If there is any wear it is not visible when viewing the piece normally. Close scrutinizing will show tiny flea bites on at least one cubed bead, only along an edge, not in the main body of the bead. If looking with a loupe you may see some on other cubes but you would have to look very closely. Again, this is only on the very narrow edges. Any other wear you may see when looking very closely is consistent with age, I did not see anything to note. Overall this a fabulous antique Czech necklace for your jewelry collection.

Almost all of our jewelry is in very good - excellent used condition. However, please keep in mind because they are vintage some pieces may show very gentle wear as in slight loss of brilliance in stones, barely visible scratches on metal, and patina on metals. Obvious damage is always disclosed
