Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. All items are insured, low cost, quick shipping is always chosen for you. More details are outlined on the shipping page

Q:Do you ship international? A: Yes, most jewelry items are shipped first class international insured. Items over $500 total must go priority international insured

Q: Do you offer free shipping?  A: Yes, on a lot of the jewelry items we offer free shipping. Shipping costs on heavier non jewelry items such as rock specimens and antique items will be charged to you in the least expensive method available for that weight

Q:When do you ship?

A: We ship within 1-2 business days after your purchase is paid for. Sometimes even on a Saturday, Yay! Once in a great while it may take some extra time but this is only when we are on vacation or dealing with an emergency which is pretty much never
