Very cool vintage signed Whiting Davis bracelet dating to the 1960's era.
I've see quite of few WD bracelets over the years but this is a first for me. A hinged bangle it features a large oval centerpiece that is made of hematite glass. This glass is made into diamond pointed shapes, clustered together, making a unique focal point for the piece. Like a wonderful mine find of black diamond crystals! Ornate, embossed, metal is seen throughout outer body of the piece. The silver plated metal has a rhodium finish which gives the bracelet maximum durability.
This bracelet is in very good - excellent vintage condition with no issues to point out. Because of the brilliant rhodium plating it looks as if it was hardly worn at all. Original safety chain is also present. A terrific find for the collector of Whiting Davis bracelets.
Oval centerpiece measures 1~3/8" long. Inside opening measures 2~1/4" x 2".
