Black Enamel, enamel tortoise shell, silver scrolls culminating into a diamond shape at the top areas of the scrolls, and sterling silver metal

Heavily Hallmarked
It is hallmarked with a symbol, TEOREMA VI, Above that, very tiny, it is stamped with a star or crown (?), 54, VI.
Below the main mark it is stamped, very tiny, with a star, VI 1638 V1.
Don't see a 925 mark but all metal tested sterling
The workmanship is beautiful and it has a strong hinge locking closure

This is a fine example of Teorema alternative materials jewelry, the enameled torti area is amazing.
Excellent vintage condition, silver could use a gentle polishing
inside opening measures 2~1/4" x 1~7/8", made to fit a SMALL wrist
