This is a unique, classic, single strand necklace which looks to be from the 1970's era. It features shimmery moonglow beads, the clearest faceted lucite beads ever, and smooth clear lucite beads which are tourmalated. These truly look like genuine tourmalated quartz beads! Added in between each bead are gold plated bead caps and tiny, iridescent, pearlized beads. The various sizes and finishes of beads and metal components gives this piece a lot of interest, not just a plain old strand of beads at all! Signed Made in Italy with a wide letter L with a small square logo on the hang tag. (see photo) A high quality necklace that rivals the high dollar Italian designer necklaces I've looked at while researching this. Still don't know who made it...
