Believe it's a designer piece though it's not signed
Loads of glass beads in a variety of blue shades some of which include:
Deep cobalt blue half ovals, light blue molded glass leaves, bi-color iridescent frosty aqua and navy blue leaves
Satiny frosty ocean blue beads, light silvery blue coated iridescent beads, and many, many, small beads which have ab flash coatings in light as well as medium blue shades.
Oxidized silver metallic plated metal with japanned black wire
Can be conformed or worked to lie on the neck (as you feel looks best)
