Product Description
Special Note: photos were taken outside on a rainy day and what looks to be a flaw or crack in the stones is actually the reflection of the edge of the roof of my house
VINTAGE JADE AND GLASS LAVALIER NECKLACE
Dated to the 1930's era (all components)
Those are the ones you see dropping down to to the pendant
The pendant features filigree brass metal, intense green glass cabochons
It has 5 dangles dropping down from it which also have the glass cabs set in them.
The unusual glass cabs are not solid green but show
almost teal green that shows a lighter misty background green shade.
This can be seen in the photos.
Nothing is wrong with any of the stones, a reflection which is seen in the last photo
makes look as if there is a problem with the large center stone.
It was also starting to rain when I was taking the pics outside
The only thing to point out is the metal in the dangle drops shows what look to be scratches.
I think these were done in the making of the piece, maybe to give it a distressed look.
Regardless of that, it does not affect the beauty of the pendant in my opinion.
Measures as follows: Neck length - 16~1/2"
Center drop - approx. 3~3/8" long at the longest drop point x 2~2/16" across
Total drop length from the necklace - 6"
