Features the lucite body, emerald green cabochon glass eyes and rhinestones set in .925 sterling silver. One of the charming critters designed by Alfred Philippe for Trifari. Well documented piece stamped with patent design number 135172 which dates to 1943.

Marked "Trifari" (crown Trifari) on the back of one leg, stamped sterling Des Pat No.135172" and "sterling" on the back of other leg
Beautiful vintage condition. Lucite is super clear, all stones are present and sparkly.
Details details: No visible issues when viewing normally. 2 very faint scratches on the top of the lucite may be seen when viewing extremely closely...and if your eyes are sharp. Otherwise you may need a loupe to see this. The back leg has a small flaw where the leg is bent (near the Trifari Mark. This is a manufacturing flaw and not damage. None of this affects the look or value of the piece (in my opinion) but noted for most accurate description
