These unique earrings by Liz Claiborne are an avant garde, runway couture, statement pair that will certainly add that unique look to any outfit. The silver-tone, clip-on earrings feature a large, prong-set, poured glass clear stone in a square shape, reminiscent of water waves. Not entirely clear because there are bubbles inside the glass which give them the look as if bubbly, silvery water, is pooling beneath the glass, wildly cool!. The prongs holding the stone are organic in design. They are in an antique silver finish which resemble plant like curling stems. Though the avant-garde design is perfect for any occasion it is especially a super look for that gala, party, or special event where the more conservative jewelry just won't do! They are perfect for fashion-conscious women who are unique in their style and are sure to be a conversation starter. Ideal for people who love beach water themed jewelry. They are a true original.

Being glass they have some weight but are clip on and quite comfortable to wear which is a nice surprise. In beautiful vintage condition, the glass is excellent with no visible scratches. The metal on the back is also good, perhaps could be polished up a bit. The only issue I see is that one of the comfort tabs is pressed down and out of shape. The other one is fine.
