This jewelry art composition is an all original, one of a kind artwork which has been designed and arranged with vintage jewelry, a passion of mine. Some pieces have been restored to their original brilliance in the way of stone replacements, others have been left original. Some have been altered by having been cut to fit the desired scene arrangement. Each finished piece is high quality, professionally re-created with an artistic vision that takes otherwise (mostly) abandoned jewelry and turns it into a new art original, perfect to collect and show or to give as a special gift. Please note that even though there has been restoration to some of the jewelry, you may still see slight imperfections. I believe this just adds to the charm of these wonderful creations. Frames may be new or vintage, but always chosen to accent each scene beautifully. I will be adding more to this category from here on out as time allows...please check in often...
So... I've been inspired to add framed jeweled Christmas (as well as non Xmas) art to my store and this is now my 7th composition. I am also designing mini ones whichhave sold here locally before I could get them listed on ebay. I will be offering the minis for sale as soon as I have some more available. This is a favorite of mine as it is an off center design (which I love). All of the jewelry in this piece is vintage, circa 1920's-1960's. But mostly 1920's-30's. The design is a very 3 dimensional representation a flower pot or basket which features flower blossoms in motion, as they are swaying in a soft breeze. The focal point is a sparkling flower bloom which features beautiful sapphire blue aurora borealis rhinestones. The color of the stones in that piece pick up the blue color in the frame perfectly. A sapphire blue aurora borealis crystal beads "blossom" peeks from the basket top, tucked behind a rhinestone and gold leaf. Some of the pieces used in this design are Trifari, and Florenza, others are mostly from the 1920'- 30's era. The frame is new and compliments the scene depicted nicely. Because a few pieces of jewelry used in this picture have been restored, mostly by replaced stones, this piece is in excellent vintage condition. It is a one of a kind original, quite different from most of what you see online. Even though I took a lot of photos, they do not show the true brilliance and beauty of this piece so please keep in mind it is much more beautiful then what I can show here. Frame measures 8~1/2" tall x 7" across at the widest point. Design measures approx. 4~3/4" long x approx. 3~1/4" across. Please email me with any questions you may have.
