Exquisite art deco filigree necklace featuring extremely fine filigree work throughout the entire piece. The focal point is a gorgeous art deco pendant with two triangular shaped faceted sapphire blue glass stones accenting a simulated diamond brilliant in the very center of it. This drops down from a triangular shaped station making a stunning centerpiece. The neck chain consists of twenty finely filigreed stations which are attached together with beautifully embossed slender silver links ending with a slide in box clasp which is stamped P.S. CO. The necklace is made of silver metal, not sterling as far as I could tell, but possibly so, and it is entirely rhodium plated. It is in excellent vintage condition, the silver metal is gorgeous with that brilliant rhodium finish. Looks like fine jewelry, if you wear gold, or especially white gold or platinum jewelry this piece will fit right in. Measures 15~3/8" long. The center piece pendant drop measures (with the triangular shaped station) 2~3/8" long.
