ANTIQUE AUSTRO HUNGARIAN STERLING SILVER TURQUOISE PENDANT NECKLACE
Features a large turquoise GLASS cabochon in sterling silver metal. Beautifully made, with ornate silver workmanship. There is metal beading in finely wrought, 3 dimensional flowers, open filigree back, and fine filigree silver front areas as well. Braided twist outer edge with matching twist design encircling the glass stone. Also has delicate looping all around the oval cabochon setting. Just beautiful! A high quality, desirable, collectable necklace; not to mention a fabulous necklace to wear today!!
Very good - excellent vintage condition
No metal marks but acid tested as sterling silver
Pendant is all original and in very good - excellent vintage condition with no issues to note. Lovely patina on the silver now. The chain and filigree clasp are sterling silver which came with the pendant but most likely they are not original to the pendant as the pendant is older, circa 1890's -1900. But sure looks right with it!
Neck chain measures 24~1/2" long, pendant measures 2~1/8" long x 1~1/2" across at the widest area
