This Trifari design is one I've not seen before and so far have not been able to find it in my research efforts. This gorgeous pin features 4 tiers of super clear, super sparkling stones, in pear, (or tear drop) shapes accented with tiny square stones at the bottom. A large, round, faceted, rhinestone, is set in the top center of the pin. The high domed, 3 dimensional construction is stunning, and along with the brilliant silver rhodium plated finish, this is what Trifari jewelry is so highly collected for!
In beautiful vintage condition the stones are spectacular! As stated, they are super sparkly with just the faintest fading in a few stones which truly is invisible when wearing the pin. Photographing this type of brooch is always difficult as the camera tends to darken the brilliance of the stones whether using a flash or not. I have added photos using both, but please be aware the stones are darker in the photos than they actually are.
Measures 2" round in diameter at the bottom and graduates smaller in diameter towards the top. Stands approx. 1" high.
