Vintage Weddings
Classic, never out of style, this 1960's pearl necklace by Vogue is pure elegance. Features 2 strands of glass pearls in graduated lengths, all hand knotted, ending at the gorgeous clasp in which a large, emerald cut, emerald green, glass stone is set. Accented by sparkling diamantes (which look like genuine diamonds) and silver rhodium plated metal. This slide in box clasp is stunning. The pearls show a beautiful, creamy white, luster.
A lovely necklace for a wedding, mother of the bride especially. But a fabulous necklace to compliment your contemporary wardrobe as well.
Excellent vintage condition, all pearls are fabulous but if you look through a loupe at them I will say you might see a tiny imperfection here or there( indicative of age), but nothing that is seen when looking at them normally. Some slight yellowing is noted on several of the white silk knots. NOT the pearls, the silk only. As this is a vintage piece I believe this is due to perfume worn by the owner when wearing it. This is not noticeable when wearing it, you have to look closely at the knots to see this at all.

Top strand measures approx. 22~1/2" long
