Constructed in a 3 dimensional floral wreath design as was popular during that period.
Very good vintage condition, noted are a few dark spots in a few of the rhinestones. Nothing serious and not uncommon in the pieces made by Eisenberg. The stones sparkle so brilliantly you don't notice this unless viewing the brooch very closely. Bright silver metal is also rhodium plated for maximum durability.
