Huge Striking Trifari Trifanium Gold Pinwheel Brooch
Resembling a swirling galaxy, this brooch features a spiked gold nugget center from which long, gold plated spikes seem to shoot out from. A 3 dimensional pin which was part of the Trifari Electra Collection from the 1960s. The fabulous design gives movement to the piece as well as it's very large size.
Very good- excellent vintage condition with both brushed and bright gold plated finishes. The bright gold areas are rhodium plated as well giving them a hard, bright, coating, for maximum durability. An impressive example of mid century jewelry.
