Gorgeous signed Miriam Haskell necklace
1940's era
Though signed it is an earlier signed piece as one can see from the special cut glass beads and ornate bead caps
This one has it all, (or almost all)! Double row cascading waterfall fringe bib necklace featuring faceted blue crystal beads in various shapes and sizes. Rare octagonal shaped beads are the main ones, each have a large, ornate, filigree, bead cap on them, some of which have clear, crystal, rose montees set in them. Beautiful, warm, patina on the metal gives this necklace an especially lovely antique feel and look.
very good - excellent vintage condition.
The crystal beads are very good - excellent for the most part that I can see. No visible damage. If looking with a loupe (on the larger octagonal shaped beads) you may see very tiny flea bites here and there. I saw very minimal nicks on a few, nothing that shows to the visible eye. But some may look more intensely than I, lol~ Please view all photos for best description. Overall... this necklace is spectacular!
Measures 17" total adjustable length, signed on the decorated Haskell hook clasp
