Vintage Trifari necklace
Hard to find piece this necklace features large, thick, upraised deep red plastic stones in rose gold plated metal links which are designed in bow shapes. The red plastic a cool shade of red, quite striking. I've not seen this necklace anywhere before and don't see anything in my research in photos either. If anyone knows more about this piece please let me know. The signature dates it to the 1950's era.
Condition is very good vintage. The plastic squares are excellent with little to no issues. No visible scratches. The gold plated metal is also good with some wear to it seen on the back. The front looks to be rhodium plated as it's brilliant, however there is some loss of brilliance in areas and slight scratches can be seen if looking closely. This will not show when wearing it.
Altogether it's a very cool necklace, especially if you collect unusual Trifari jewelry
