Vintage Large Deep Red Clip Back Earrings
1950's era
These earrings are gorgeous! Large and showy, they feature red, marquise shaped, flat back, stones accented by small, aurora borealis. faceted crystal stones. Extra deep, rich, red, color is awesome, perfect if you need a striking pair of red earrings
Condition - Have a few issues as follows:
Red marquise stones are lucite. The foil on the back of some of the red stones has worn off leaving darker areas in those spots, however, the deep, red color of those stones cover up for this nicely. Not noticeable when wearing them. Aurora borealis coating on a few of the small stones shows some loss of brilliance. Gold plated finish is intact but has lost some brilliance. Still a beautiful pair in a difficult to find color.

The photos show some stones being very very dark. They are not, In actuality these are shadows picked up from the photography. The rich red color seen in the photos is uniform in all of the stones
