Featuring an Antique Strand of Mediterranean Red Coral Tibetan Prayer Beads
Beautiful natural color, not dyed.
One (1) strand with 225+ individual beads. I counted, but with so many I may have lost count a bit. No matter there are many many beads, well over 200 rondelle shaped beads.
Sourced in Tibet / Himalayas ~ probably originates from the Mediterranean or Yemen and were traded all of the Himalayas.
Age : Over 100 years old.
Weight : 70 grams
Beads are graduated in size, the largest center3 beads measure approx. 11.4mm, 11.3mm 10.9mm. The very smallest beads measure from approximately 5.1 mm diameter. Strung on silk cord, no clasp, still in the the original way the strands like this were sold.
Measuring approx. 36" long.
Beads are in very good - excellent antique condition. Wonderful red orange color
