At one time I knew who designed these clip on earrings and have since forgotten. Gold "coiled" metal made into beads are a distinct component by this designer, I've only had 3 pair in my time selling vintage jewelry. Beautifully hand wired black and gold beads are off set to one side accenting a large, faceted, jet black glass, oval cut, stone. Everything is wired onto a filigree back, all gold plated, the construction is most excellent. Stamped pat pend on the back of each clip mechanism. In excellent vintage condition they are very dimensional and measure approx. 1" in diameter.
