Super nice art deco Trifari set from the 1940's era. A beautiful Alfred Philippe designed necklace and bracelet set featuring channel set clear baguette rhinestones. Rose gold plated metal has a brilliant rhodium finish over it for maximum durability. The stones are excellent, clear and bright. The rhodium finish is brilliant and mostly intact. There are places where it is beginning to slightly wear off. This is minimal, mostly seen when viewing very closely. Please see photos for best description. The necklace is stamped Trifari with the crown over the T and pat. pend. stamped above and below the name. The mark inside the shepherd's hook clasp is Trifari pat. pend. but minus the crown over the T. The bracelet has the Trifari mark without the crown over the T, like the clasp. The necklace measures 16" total adjustable length. The center piece area measures 3" across x 3/4" long and features a sleek serpentine chain. The bracelet has an inside opening measurement of 1~3/16" diameter and is 1" wide. Made for a small wrist to be sure and with really no room for adjustment as it has a fold over clasp. It fits even my small 6" wrist snugly so all of you with tiny wrists this is made for you! This was a normal size for the gals in the 1940's, but of course very small for today's fashionista, lol~ Nonetheless, this is a beautiful and collectible set that would make a lovely addition to the vintage designer signed, deco, or Trifari jewelry collection.
